Prior to joining Anurag’s team is 1997; Ms. Helen Usher was the Manager, Proof Department at Barnett Bank. Ms. Usher was responsible for millions of checks going through the bank and was responsible for the validity of each transaction worth millions of Dollars clearing accounts each day.

In 1997 Ms. Usher was named the Director of Benefits for a 14,000 employee HR Outsourcing Company and was the Trustee of six 401(K) retirement plans with $30 million is assets. Helen was also responsible for the administration of 140 client Health Insurance Plans with premiums in access of $12 million annually.

In 2002 Anurag appointed Ms. Usher as the Director of Operations. Helen excelled within this role by building the foundation of “Excellence in Human Capital Management” by creating customized service delivery platforms for clients in 31 states. Ms. Usher led the service team by setting the example delivering “high touch” experience to each client. Helen has facilitated an on going training & development program for the service team which led to 98% client retention and further enabled growth by gaining referrals due to high service levels. During Helens tenure as operational lead, 60% of new clients were generated from referrals.

To offer Anthros client companies the most seasoned, sound & experienced consultation regarding Affordable Care Act (ACA), Helen Usher has been appointed as the Director of Benefits. Ms. Ushers experience, knowledge base regarding Insurance Products, Retirement Planning will further enhance Anthros client and client employee experience.

Helen makes it a point to visit a new country each year and has done so for 20 years. Helen’s ability to comfortably interact and listen arises from exposure to multiple cultures over the past two decades. Helen’s late husband Freddy was a native from the Island of Bermuda. Helen still visits the island often. Helen is a proud mother of a daughter and 2 sons and resides in Maitland, Florida.
